Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all three services: Hourly Private Yacht Reservation, Curated Private Skyline Tour, and Private Tailgate Cruise. RESERVATIONS: The Skyline Tour and Tailgate Cruise are Instant Book experiences; available dates and times may be selected online and are confirmed after payment. Hourly reservations are request-to-book; dates, times, and itineraries are reviewed before confirmation. All bookings remain subject to availability, weather, marina restrictions, special events, and safety requirements. ARRIVAL: Arrive 15 minutes before departure for check-in and the safety briefing. Charters depart on time. Late arrival does not extend the reservation and may reduce time on the water. Missed departures may be treated as no-shows. CANCELLATIONS: 7 or more days before departure = 100% refund. 3-6 days before departure = 50% refund. Less than 72 hours before departure = no refund. No-shows = no refund. Non-refundable catering, decorations, custom purchases, third-party costs, or add-ons already ordered may be deducted from any refund. WEATHER: Charters operate in most normal weather. If the captain determines conditions are unsafe, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund for that charter. The captain makes the final weather and safety decision. FOOD & BEVERAGES: BYOB and bring-your-own food permitted. Items must be securely packaged and must not stain or damage the yacht. Red wine, dark juices, heavy red sauces, brightly colored icing, greasy foods, glass containers, and oversized coolers may be restricted. Open flames, grills, cooking equipment, chafing fuels, hot plates, and unapproved warming devices are prohibited. CONDUCT & SAFETY: The captain has final authority over routing, anchoring, swimming, alcohol use, and conduct. Smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, weapons, and disruptive behavior are prohibited. Children must be supervised and wear life jackets when required. Maximum capacity is six passengers, including children. The booking guest is responsible for the group and may be charged for excessive cleaning, stains, damage, or missing property.
