Signature Dockside Experience (4HRS)
Experience Overview
This 4-hour dockside yacht experience for up to 10 guests is available between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM and includes exclusive access to the yacht while docked, freshly catered food service, a curated social atmosphere, access to marina restroom facilities, and an extended waterfront setting designed for celebrations, gatherings, and memorable moments. --------------- Catering Notice: All bookings are subject to review and approval by Chicago Fleet Charters. For bookings made less than fourteen (14) days before the event date, catering availability cannot be guaranteed. If included catering cannot be secured, guests will be notified prior to booking approval and may elect to transfer their reservation to an available Dockside Social experience, receive a $300 Catering Credit toward their booking, or cancel their booking request for a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Approval: All reservation requests are subject to review and approval. Reservations are not confirmed until approved in writing by Chicago Fleet Charters. The reserving party must be at least 21 years of age. Payment: Approved reservations are finalized by phone with our Guest Services Team. Payment in full is required to secure your date. Check-In & Safety: Required intake forms and waivers must be completed before arrival. Please arrive 30 minutes early. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All guests must follow captain, crew, and staff instructions. Capacity & Hours: Private Cruises accommodate up to 6 guests. Dockside Socials accommodate up to 10 guests. Guest limits may not be exceeded. Experiences are available daily from 11:00 AM–11:00 PM. Food & Beverage: Guests may bring their own food unless catering is selected. Each guest may bring one bottle of wine or one standard 750 mL (25.4 fl oz) bottle of spirits. All alcohol consumers must be 21+. Beverages or mixers that may stain vessel surfaces are prohibited. Marijuana, cannabis, and illegal substances are prohibited. Allergies: Guests are responsible for disclosing allergies and dietary restrictions. Damage & Vessel Care: The reserving party is responsible for damage, repairs, replacement costs, or excessive cleaning caused by their guests. Decorations require prior approval. Catering: Catering selections and guest counts must be finalized at least 10 calendar days before the event. Catering availability cannot be guaranteed within 10 days of the event date. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Reservations canceled 14 or more calendar days before the event are eligible for a full refund. Reservations canceled within 14 days are non-refundable. Reservations may be rescheduled once at no charge with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability. No-shows forfeit all payments received. Weather: If conditions prevent safe operation, we will reschedule your experience or offer a dockside alternative. Chicago Fleet Charters reserves the right to refuse service or terminate an experience due to unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or abusive conduct.
