Cancellation Policy
A Chicago Fleet Charters experience, dockside at Burnham Harbor. Booking & Tickets: Tickets are per person; each session is limited to 6 guests. Seating is shared (assigned by SCS and may vary); to book a session privately, reserve all six seats. Subject to availability and approval. Guests must be 18+ to book and attend. Payment: Paid in full at booking by credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay. All sales are final. What's Included: Each ticket includes a full paint kit & canvas, waterfront lounge-style seating, and a cocktail or mocktail drink voucher (one with Standard, two with Harbor Seat). Sessions run about 2.5 hours. Sessions & Schedule: Sessions run weekends, Memorial Day through Labor Day, at Burnham Harbor — weekdays 11:00 AM–5:00 PM and Saturdays 12:00 PM–6:00 PM. A minimum of 4 guests is required to run a session. Arrive 15 minutes early; missed time isn't extended, and arriving 30+ minutes late may be treated as a no-show. Age & Beverages: Drink vouchers are redeemed at Boat Drinks; Summer Canvas Society does not sell or serve alcohol. Guests 21+ may redeem a cocktail with valid ID; guests under 21 receive a mocktail. Vouchers may be used during your session or at Boat Drinks any time through September 30; they have no cash value and can't be exchanged for other products. Boat Drinks and staff may decline service to anyone who appears intoxicated. Allergies: Disclose any allergies or dietary needs at booking; we are not liable for undisclosed allergies. Paint & Personal Items: Acrylic paint and markers can permanently stain clothing and belongings — dress accordingly. We're not responsible for stains or damage to guests' items; guests cover any damage they cause to venue property or equipment. Cancellations & Weather: All payments are non-refundable. You may transfer to another available session with at least 72 hours' notice. No-shows forfeit payment. Sessions run rain or shine when safe; if we cancel a session for any reason (including unsafe weather or low enrollment), you'll be offered a transfer or full refund. Conduct & Safety: Follow staff instructions and stay within designated event areas; do not board vessels or enter the water unless invited and supervised by staff. We may refuse entry or remove any guest, without refund, for unsafe or disruptive behavior. We may also photograph or film for promotional use; tell us beforehand to opt out.
