
Dockside Social (2HRS)
Experience Overview
This 2-hour dockside yacht experience for up to 10 guests is available between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM and includes exclusive access to the yacht while docked, freshly catered food service, a curated social atmosphere, access to marina restroom facilities, and a relaxed waterfront setting designed for celebrations, gatherings, and memorable moments. --------------- Catering Notice: All bookings are subject to review and approval by Chicago Fleet Charters. For bookings made less than fourteen (14) days before the event date, catering availability cannot be guaranteed. If included catering cannot be secured, guests will be notified prior to booking approval and may elect to transfer their reservation to an available Dockside Social experience, receive a $300 Catering Credit toward their booking, or cancel their booking request for a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Approval: All bookings are subject to review and approval and are final once confirmed in writing. The reserving party must be 21+. Payment & Deposit: A deposit is paid online at booking. The remaining balance is due prior to departure and may be paid by cash, credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay. All deposits are non-refundable. Check-In & Safety: Intake forms and our liability release are completed at payment. Arrive 30 minutes early for check-in and a mandatory safety briefing; arriving more than 30 minutes late may be treated as a no-show without refund. Guests under 18 must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian. Follow all captain and crew instructions at all times. Capacity & Hours: Cruises: up to 6 guests. Dockside: up to 10 guests. These limits cannot be exceeded. Available daily, 11:00 AM–11:00 PM. Food & Beverage (BYO): Guests may bring their own food. Each guest may bring one bottle of wine or one standard bottle of spirits (six guests, up to six bottles); all drinkers must be 21+. Items likely to stain may be refused. Marijuana, cannabis, and illegal substances are prohibited onboard regardless of state law. We may stop alcohol service for any guest who appears intoxicated. Allergies: Disclose all allergies and dietary restrictions on the intake form. We are not liable for undisclosed allergies or guest-supplied food. Damage & Vessel Care: The reserving party is responsible for any damage caused by their party and authorizes us to charge the card on file for repair, replacement, or excessive cleaning. The captain may require removal of footwear that could damage flooring. Decorations need prior approval and must be removed within the booked time. We may photograph or film for promotional use; tell us before boarding if you prefer not to appear. Catering Notice: Catering selections must be finalized at least 14 days before the event. For bookings made less than 14 days out, catering cannot be guaranteed; if it can't be secured, you'll be notified and may transfer to a Dockside Social, take a $300 catering credit, or cancel for a full refund. Deposits & Cancellations: All deposits are non-refundable. You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability. No-shows forfeit payment. Weather: Cruises run at the captain's discretion; if we can't safely sail we'll reschedule or offer a dockside alternative. Full terms are in our complete Booking Policy.
